14 Four Analytics was established by Wilf Iliffe on 14th April 2014 (hence the company name).
The company offers consulting on all aspects of sales force effectiveness that can be gained through analysis and reporting as well as motivational aspects, such as bonus and incentive schemes.
While we are a small operation at the moment, Wilf has over 20 years experience in the field of Sales Force Effectiveness working in the pharmaceutical industry for global, blue-chip companies, including GSK, Schering-Plough and MSD.
During this time, he has also worked with a lot of consultants and external suppliers, has established numerous business connections and he can draw on these to partner on projects where additional resource is needed.
Wilf owned a retail shop in the 1980s, an experience that helped to hone his business acumen. After that, he was a sales representative for a company selling promotional packages before becoming a medical rep.
His depth of experience helps him to empathise with the sales force and their managers which means that he can communicate at all levels.
Wilf’s passion is presenting complex analyses in such a way that non-analysts can take the information and act on it in a way that actually impacts and improves everyone’s performance.
